The food is fantastic, but I was especially impressed by their thoughtful and delicious vegetarian-friendly options—it's so refreshing to find a spot that offers such flavorful plant-based choices. The amazing outdoor ambiance makes it the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the weather. On top of the great setting, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. OK one word for the taste I experience buying a Ranger Dog ( without the red onions) and Chilli Fries. ********* M A R V E L O U S E *********** So delicious that this first time coming here and being wow by the taste.... I definitely recommend it to anyone... Come and tried it. And definitely dont forget to ask for their special cargo sauce on the side you will want to put it every where. Excellent love it Will definitely come and tatse other menu items after this incredible experience

Don't let the name fool you this shack knows how to make a hamburger/cheese burger. In summary as my daughter said 10 stars out of 5! The Cargo Snack Shack is located at the Los Angeles State Historic Park ( historic )not because it was a rail road junk yard for decades but because it was the site of Yaanga for millenia.

First of all, the employees at Cargo Snack Shack are the kindest and most courteous employees. They always make sure you have what you need. They treat everyone with RESPECT!!! They are so professional! The food is DELICIOUS! The chicken sandwich is incredible....So juicy and tasty! I had a margarita too! Wow...it was one of the best margaritas I have ever had! You have to try their shakes---they're "da bomb!!" The pergola over the seating area is lovely. They have made a very nice area to enjoy your food and drinks. What a great place for breakfast, lunch or just a snack!!! Stop by and you'll see what I mean!!! Yum!

What a nice area to have a bite and a drink. Very peaceful. I got here on the Metro; however there's parking on the street.

Excellent food with great vibes, connected to LA State Historic Park. Prices are reasonable, and I ordered the classic Cargo burger (American cheese, lettuce tomato onions pickles cargo sauce, $12) and the PB shake ($8). The burger came with ample house made potato chips. As a fan of peanut butter, I knew I couldn’t go wrong with that dessert! Enjoyed the ambiance and would likely go back again.
